Haha suddenly decided to post. (:

It's been 3months plus since I've gotten into JC, and life never fails to present things to be thankful about infront of me, either that or it just throws setbacks right in my face.

I've had many revelations, of which I've learnt to treasure people and things more, be appreciative of what I have, and not to judge, also, to be optimistic and cheerful when faced with ANYthing at all, even if it may be the suckiest day ever when you can even trip over flat ground.

Also, I've become stronger. Imagine having the highest hopes and aspirations, working so hard for it you forsake other things, succeeding in achieving your goals, and then losing it in the end anyway. It's okay. It hurts, but I've emerged a stronger person. I know it's crazy how fast I've gotten over it, but maybe I've just gotten over a molehill, and waiting next is a mountain.

But I'm fine! I've so many great friends now to help me through the journey, and I'm not scared. The sense of accomplishment waiting at the end will be satisfying. (: And since I've learnt to be appreciative, I shall embrace whatever's given to me and make the best out of it.

This lesson is one to be remembered and applied on to future endeavours, and in this current one, although I've fallen, I'll get back up again and continue running, and even sprint.

I may not be the best now, but I'm working towards it. (:
And I am not going to neglect other things in the process only to regret it later, obviously.

As the cliche saying goes, "When life throws you lemons, make lemonade!"

True! I'll press on!

Eh only got 11 posts?!?!?! REALLY? HAHAHAHAHA SORRY GUYS!

Okay hi! So I got into NYJC! (Ok bet you guys all know -.-) Okay. Hhaa so the past two days we had orientation, and I really have to say that I like it a lot A LOT! Rui seems bored though HAHA. But she missed the second day, so nvm she can change her mind after going another day!!! (:

DAY ONE!
Went to school feeling VERY awkward. I think part of the reason is cause I thought the AHS uniform is so embarasssssing LOL. It's not ugly to me, but to others it is, apparently. So nevermind. Okay then anyway, met Rui FINALLY (like after being awkward for a long time) and went to my group! There's 4 'tribes': Connor, Junkers, Yanceys, and Nova. CONNOR IS THE COOLEST I TELL YOU! Cause I'm in C9 HAHAHA (short form for Connor 9 la). Yeah then sat down, continued my awkwardness for a long time................

And finally, there came this line by the emcee: "Hey guys I give you ONE minute to know the person to your left right front back!" And so I talked to the girl beside me, and she's nice haha! And then we chitchatted throughout the talks LOL. She wants to go medicine. Waaaa jiayou to her! And that day I got to know like most of the group through icebreakers and all, so YUP it was fun woohoo! Then had ELL test so I left before mass dance prac.

And then went for juniors' match! VS New Town sec. LOL stupid, me and Rui spent like ONE HOUR travelling there and we almost died walking to the school from uhhhhh, Dover. Yeah. So we decided to take a taxi in the end and the taxi uncle LAUGHED when we told him where we wanted to go cause it was just "round the corner". Talk about embarassing. But he was nice haha! So we walked, and we walked.. And we walked.. And we walked.. And.. We saw this WEIRD building. And I saw "____ _____ Secondary School" on the wall, the first two just nice blocked by trees. So qiao. But ok lah we thought it prolly should be and so we went, and then got scorched by the hot sun hais. But...

JUNIORS WON NTSS WOOHOO!!!!! SUPER PROUD OF THEM.

They were obviously at the winning end since NTSS is new, BUT their performance was still remarkable! All the crazy fielding and batting. GOOD JOB GUYS!!!!! I LOVE YOU ALL! :DDDD
I'll be going for Peicai I HOPE! It's only like one street away from NY so if I can make it, I'll go DEFINITELY DUH! (But maybe you guys won't see this so nehmind haha)

Then went home tired, and made my subj selections............. And sleep.

DAY TWO!
Woke up feeling expectant for a new day again! God is good ALL the time. (WOOOO) Okay so went in the Connor yellow tee today (which is the nicest in my opinion) and I felt SOOO much better since I blended in. Like not AHS uni, so..... Heh. Yay then today I had my contacts so I felt so much less nerdy! Haa!

Assembled and chit chatted with the new friends, then went to SENTOSA WOOOOOO! The group was really dead on the way there..... Thought it was gonna suck man. But when games came, we totally hyped up and CHEERED LIKE MAD WOOHOOOOO!!!! We maxed out our cheering bonuses HAHAHAAHHA!!! We are hell lovable a team man. (: Went crazy with a few of them like I know them for 10 years alr (Madding with Sihui, water-splashing with Annie) haha!

Then we pwned most of the games, CONNOR 9 ROCKS TOTALLY! And btw btw our favourite cheers go:

Okay then after all the stuff we went Vivocity to eat dinner! As a group ok!!!! We are so hell cool. Probably the only group to do that! And what's even more remarkable is that we were there from 5 plus, to 8 plus!!!!! Wah we chitchat super long lor HAHAHAHA (but me and Weiling outcasted cause we sat too far away, hahahaha we kept pretending to be sad LOOL). Can you believe it? We're friends for barely two days, and we're so close alr! Seriously, we are COOL and you can't deny that. Ultimate imba-ness. ^^

Okay I really didn't capture the essence of the fun I had today in this post, cause I'm so sleepy, so I'm sorry ok. Bye guys HAHA abrupt ending, whatever!
Okaay hiiiiiiiiiiii I shall blog again.

Last sat went for the FIRST service of the year woohoo! :D It was good and everyone had fun tearing up the new year resolutions only to get a new one. Lmao. Praise and worship was good and full of God's love woohoo! :D After that was dinner @ beer garden (but I didn't eat) and then a blackout. Started singing happy birthday super loudly and everyone was looking at us LOL. Threw our faces into the Carribean sea. (:

And after that went BBQ @ Sheryl's house! With Nicole Philip Rui Sam Sheryl SQ Yilin :D Bought fries but everyone was too full so I finished most of it. Tsk.. Wasted the whole plate of meat ): Laughed like crazy using that photo face application on Sam's DS HAHAHA I WONDER IF SHE POSTED THE PHOTOS ON FACEBOOK. xD There's this 50-50 thingy where you can merge two people's face and LOL you can find out your future child's looks HAHAHA gross like mad. Talked super alot, laughed like mad at Rui's "Gags for laughs" LOL. (It's "Just for laughs, gags") HAHA but everyone was kinda tired after that. Played sparklers also and me & Rui VS-ed Philip in some crazy screaming sparkler fencing. "OFFENCING OFFENCING DEFENCING DEFENCING" LOL it makes no sense but it's fun as long as it's with great friends mann (Y)

And yesterday went WWW with Rui, SQ and Philip! :D Met Rui at Pasirris first and went to watch her eat Super Dog. Then met up with SQ and then Philip, who was the only one who brought the xmas prezzies as promised HAHAHAAA. (But ended up it was a box of Yupi gummies -.- -.-) Then went to buy tickets. 8 dollars student promo, worth it totally! But we only played for like 4 hours? LOL okay and most of it was slacking and talking in the pools. Tsk. And the place was super empty like........... (cricket sounds) and the people there were all like Sec4/5 or tourists, cause school started already AHAHHA. Smart of us to go on Jan 4. Yay. Took Ular-lah like 4-5 times lol super spastic! Pretended we were tumbling everywhere and the camera took it down. LMAO. Then went Pastamania for dinner at like 6pm. We were all starving and we even finished Philip's Pepero biscuit. Quite nice, I shall go Shengsiong and buy cause Philip says got. If don't have........ >:l Smack him.

Alright alright hi I shall update. It's been eons since I last did, and in that period there were these:

1) Softball chalet
2) Prom night
3) Outings
4) Falling sick
5) Telling my mom I'm Christian
6) Joen's discharge

Anyway I fell sick on sunday, and I can say I've never felt worse in my life. But okay I've said that many times before I think, lol. But yessss I got severe diarrhea and vomiting, and it SUCKS like mad okay. And so I didn't go out on monday with Rainbow, wonder where they went. Just lied at home the whole day feeling miserable. (: And I wanna go for the Boys Like Girls concert, but I can't. Ahh.

Softball chalet was pretty fun, whacko was classic. Haha. Prom night was surprisingly not bad and I don't mind having it again, though I wonder if it'll still be as fun if we did. Camwhored like mad that day.

Went out on Xmas with Mx and Sher, singing at Party World. (: Totally lagging behind chinese music and I didn't know lots of songs they sang lol epic fail. But they let me spam eng songs (YES PARTY WORLD HAS TONS OF ENG SONGS) and yay so I did haha. Got Mx her laptop bag and she gave me and Sher our presents too. Super lame haha, Mx went to ask me what was nice and bought it for me. TSK TSK.

Okay I know my post is super moodless and down but hey I'm posting alr!!!! What more do you want? Lol just kidding.

My mom and I are bored out of our wits now cause our SCV got cut and we've nothing better to on this lousy tuesday night.

Seriously, I feel unwanted. Lol.

Hi I shall update after being dead for a few daysssss. (: Been pretty busy visiting Joen in the hospital recently, but I kinda got a break the past three days. Saturday went for church, and went home REAL late, like 10plus LOL. Decorated a shoebox and stuffed in two Winnie the Poohs. Yay, it'll be sent to this Aeta girl we adopted! It's good to be playing a part in this. As for yesterday, went to Anchorvale CC to swim with Sherina! Played at the slides, and one of them was hell scary! I kena traumatised after it can. HAHAHA. But it was fun ttm and I sat it again later on. (: Me and Sher then reminisced abit of our childhood (we grew up together) and oh well, it's really so good to be a child.

As for Joen, she's out of the ICU! But she still has to stay in the hospital for a full 3 weeks starting from the 22nd, cause she has to be injected with the antibiotics. They removed most of the tubes already, there's only one left! And she's completely off the anesthetic. What's really heartbreaking is that she keeps crying when she wakes up and she sees no one around her. So the doc says that one of us has to be beside her constantly and my duty starts tomorrow morning. Haha oh well, I'm gonna be sacrificing my sleep for this dear niece of mine. My bro and sis-in-law were taking care of her today but she keeps crying for some other reason, until both her parents started crying with her too ): Parenting isn't easy after all..

But thank God for the development! Been praying for Joen. I think I'm gonna break the news of my converting to my mom soon. I shall see how it goes.
